Donations

Donations in any amount help provide critical support to our programs in education and historical interpretation, conservation of our collections, and maintenance of our historic structures. We very much appreciate your support in helping to keep our Museum vital and developing. It’s easy to make a donation--either donate online, below, or download and mail our donation form.

$

Willowbrook also accepts donations of supplies and services. Our current wish list includes power tools for our maintenance shop, a paint sprayer, copier paper, portable tables, and folding chairs. Please call John Michalowski - Director, at 207-793-2784, or email him at director@willowbrookmuseum.org to discuss possible donations.

Gifts and Matching Gifts

Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to contribute to not-for-profit organizations. If your company has a matching program, request a form from your employer and send it to us completed and signed with your gift. We'll do the rest!

Meaningful gifts can be made to honor a friend or family member for a birthday, anniversary, Mother’s or Father’s Day, or another special event or remembrance.

Fund Drive

The Annual Fund Drive is Willowbrook’s yearly appeal to members and friends for contributions to use where they are most needed. Your gift makes possible new or reconfigured exhibits, introduction of new technology to stimulate the senses and the intellect, and supports interpreters and research into special aspects of our collections.

Sponsorships

There are a number of ways your business or organization can support Willowbrook. Consider a Business, Library, Historical Society or Public Service Organization Membership ($120) or a Sponsor ($1000) or Benefactor ($2,000) Membership. Your business can sponsor a special event, exhibit, program or publication ranging from $250 to $2,500. Businesses may also consider donating supplies or services to Willowbrook. Please call John Michalowski - Director, at 207-793-2784, or email her at director@willowbrookmuseum.org to discuss these opportunities.

Willowbrook is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all memberships, donations and gifts are tax deductable to the full extent of the law.
